Four promises we make to every patient.
We care about how you actually live — not just your numbers.
No lectures, no jargon. We talk to you like a person.
Loneliness makes people sick. We help you build real connections.
Every step forward, we're right there with you.
We believe lifestyle and medicine work best together — not as alternatives. A healthy lifestyle doesn't replace your doctor's treatment plan; it amplifies it. And the evidence is clear: with the right approach and the right support, meaningful lifestyle change is possible for almost anyone.
Many people who struggle to change lifestyle behaviors are simply using an approach that doesn't suit their change type. When the method fits the person, change happens.
Lifestyle change attempted alone rarely sticks. A coach, a community, and daily accountability turn good intentions into lasting change.
Lifestyle factors — exercise, diet, sleep, stress — are the root cause of most chronic disease. Treating them directly leads to better quality of life, not just managed symptoms.
Sana Lifestyle uses a proprietary methodology to identify your change type — the way you personally build new behaviors — and then tailors everything around it. Your coaching style, your app experience, your community matches.
What works brilliantly for one person might do nothing for another. That's not a failure of willpower — it's a mismatch of method. Sana Lifestyle finds your method.
The goal isn't just improvement. It's lifestyle change that lasts — that becomes part of who you are, not something you have to force every day.
Your coach helps you understand how you personally make lasting changes — your motivators, your blockers, your learning style.
Your doctor determines your treatment goals. Sana Lifestyle builds a behavior plan around the how — tailored to you, not a generic template.
Daily check-ins, community challenges, coach calls, and real health data that shows your progress — not just numbers, but how you actually feel.
A personal 20-minute session with a trained behavior-change coach — with you from day one, starting with a welcome call that sets up your app and blood pressure monitor.
Easy-to-use cellular blood pressure monitor. No Wi-Fi needed. A gentle light guides you — red to remind, green to confirm.
Behavior tracking, friendly gamification — streaks, freezes, leagues, collectible cards — and AI-powered daily nudges that feel encouraging, not nagging.
A buddy, team challenges, and a small support circle. Motivation is contagious — we build that in from day one.
Ex-McKinsey, Kellogg MBA, ~20 years in the lifestyle field. Developed the Sana habit-change methodology.
Yale- and Harvard-trained cardiologist, dual Stanford fellowships. Founder of the South Asian Heart Center; 20 years in lifestyle medicine.
20+ years scaling consumer technology across 50+ countries. Sana's designated Privacy & Security Officer.
ICF-certified coach and member of Harvard's Institute of Coaching. Designs learning programs for Google, Booz Allen Hamilton and Warner Media. Co-developer of the methodology.
We're building a team of warm, emotionally intelligent coaches — no medical background needed.
Talk to your doctor about Sana Lifestyle, or explore what's right for you.
A personal coach. A supportive community. A daily app that makes healthy behaviors feel good. Sana Lifestyle works alongside your doctor's treatment plan — helping you follow through on the lifestyle changes they recommend.
Sana Heart Health Program — free during our founding pilot
Four promises we make to every patient.
We care about how you actually live — not just your numbers.
No lectures, no jargon. We talk to you like a person.
Loneliness makes people sick. We help you build real connections.
Every step forward, we're right there with you.
Sana Lifestyle complements your medical treatment — it never replaces it. If your doctor has prescribed medication, we'll help you track it as part of your daily behaviors. Lifestyle and medicine are partners, not competitors.
Your doctor knows what needs to change. Sana Lifestyle gives you the how.
A warm, trained behavior-change coach who knows your name and your story — from day one. Your welcome call walks you through the app and your blood pressure monitor; then a 20-minute call each month, just the two of you. They celebrate your wins, help through the hard days, and never make you feel judged.
A blood pressure monitor that sends your readings automatically — no Wi-Fi, no app to sync. A gentle light reminds you each morning. Your readings go straight to your care team. Simple and reliable.
Log your behaviors, track progress, and stay connected — through the app on your phone, or our secure web portal if you prefer. Your cellular blood pressure monitor sends readings automatically, no Wi-Fi needed. All your health data, in one private place.
A buddy after your first two weeks, then a small support circle of people on the same journey. Group challenges, shared milestones — and long-time members can train to lead circles of their own.
Taking your medication is a behavior just like exercise or diet. If your doctor has prescribed treatment, we’ll include it in your daily check-in — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Sana Lifestyle is completely free for patients in our founding pilot — no cost and no co-pay. Ask your doctor whether the programme is right for you.
Ask your doctor whether Sana Lifestyle is right for you. They'll tell you what lifestyle changes to focus on — exercise, diet, medication, sleep, stress — and introduce you to Sana Lifestyle to help you make them.
Your coach helps you understand how you personally make lasting changes — your motivators, your obstacles, your style. This shapes everything that follows.
A cellular blood pressure monitor delivered to your door. Plug it in, take a reading — it sends automatically. A red light reminds you, green confirms it went through.
Log your behaviors through the app or the web — whatever your doctor has recommended. Streaks cap at 30 days so one bad week never wipes out your progress, and Streak Freezes protect you when life happens. Your team cheers you on. Your coach reviews your progress each month.
Monthly summaries go back to your care team — blood pressure trends, behavior adherence, how you're feeling. They stay informed. You stay supported.
Nothing. Sana Lifestyle is completely free for patients in our founding pilot — there's no charge and no co-pay.
No. The blood pressure monitor sends readings by itself over the cellular network — no Wi-Fi, no pairing, no app required. Coaching happens by phone, and if you'd like the daily check-ins you can use our app or the secure web portal on any computer.
Never. Your doctor decides your treatment and introduces you to Sana Lifestyle; we help you follow through on the lifestyle changes they recommend, and they receive a monthly summary of your progress. Lifestyle and medicine are partners, not competitors.
Your readings and progress go only to your care team — your coach and your doctor. Your information is encrypted, access is limited to your care team, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
Warm, trained behavior-change coaches — US-based, trained in-house on the Sana methodology, and led by our ICF-certified Head of Coach Operations. They're not doctors and don't give medical advice; they help you build the habits your doctor recommended.
Ask your doctor about Sana Lifestyle. If they haven't heard of us yet, use the button below to request information you can bring to your next appointment.
Ask your doctor if Sana Lifestyle is right for you. It's free during our founding pilot.
You know what your patients need to change. Sana Lifestyle gives them the coaching, monitoring, and community support to actually do it — alongside whatever medication or treatment you've prescribed. We handle the lifestyle program. You stay in the clinical driving seat.
The AHA now recommends lifestyle intervention as the first-line approach for low-risk hypertension patients — before or alongside pharmacological treatment. Sana Lifestyle is purpose-built to deliver this at scale.
Sana Lifestyle integrates into your existing workflow with minimal friction. You decide the treatment goals — lifestyle changes, medication, or both. We help your patients build the behaviors to follow through.
Someone with high blood pressure who's ready to work on the lifestyle changes you recommend — diet, activity, medication adherence, stress, sleep.
You prescribe the lifestyle changes — exercise, diet, medication adherence, stress reduction, sleep. Sana Lifestyle helps patients build behaviors around whatever you've recommended. You stay in charge of the clinical direction.
Fill in a one-page instruction sheet and hand it to your patient — under 5 minutes, no Epic integration. They enrol themselves and upload the sheet; nothing to send us.
Sana Lifestyle sends the device, onboards the patient, assigns a coach, and begins the program. Monthly progress summaries come back to you automatically.
Each month you receive a short report on your patient's blood pressure and the habits they're building — so you can see how they're doing between visits.
The 2025 AHA/ACC guidelines explicitly recommend non-pharmacological intervention as the first line for Stage 1, low-risk hypertension. Sana Lifestyle is designed around this protocol.
Research shows that only around 10% of patients successfully change their lifestyle without structured support. Our goal is to significantly increase that figure through personalized coaching and community.
Blood pressure monitoring and lifestyle intervention in at-risk populations generates significant downstream cost savings through reduced hospitalizations, procedures, and acute events.
Our habit-change methodology was developed over three years and tested with 500+ participants — 89% self-reported success on their chosen habit goal. The clinical pilot now measures blood-pressure outcomes on top of it.
A 2025 peer-reviewed study of remote hypertension management found an average blood-pressure reduction of 7/5 mmHg and roughly 70% more patients reaching their BP goal.
We're partnering with a small number of forward-thinking clinicians. If you see patients with lifestyle-related chronic conditions, we'd love to talk.
We're building a team of warm, emotionally intelligent coaches who help people make lifestyle changes that stick. No medical background needed — we train you.
Send us your resumeThis is a career, not just a job — and we'll help you build it, from your first day of training to leading your own team of coaches.
From under-desk treadmills to walking meetings, we look after your health while you look after everyone else's.
Every day, you help someone turn their life around — and sometimes save it.
The doctor decides what a patient should change. You help with the how — the part that actually makes change happen. Through short, friendly calls and our daily app, you keep people motivated, celebrate their wins, and help them build habits and real connections.
We built a real career ladder, not a dead-end job:
Who we look for: warmth, emotional intelligence, and great listening. Backgrounds in acting, teaching, hospitality or care are a real plus. No clinical license required.
Send your resume to info@sanalifestyle.com and tell us a little about you. (A full application form is coming soon.)
Email your resumeWe're opening Sana Lifestyle to a small circle of friends and family before public launch. It's free during our founding pilot — the app, group coaching and your own coach — and we get the honest feedback that makes the product great.
This is a private invitation — please don't share this link publicly just yet.
Leave your details and we'll send you the short form to take to your own cardiologist or GP, plus the link to sign up once they've filled it in. It takes a minute, and there's nothing to pay.
Free for founding members for the duration of the pilot — no charge and no card required.
Log your behaviors, keep your streak alive, and show up for your group or 1:1 sessions. The pilot only teaches us something if you actually live with the product.
What's confusing, what's motivating, what you'd never use. Short feedback check-ins, and honest answers — especially the uncomfortable ones.
You're getting the product before it's polished. Features will change, sometimes weekly — often because of what you told us.
We use anonymized usage patterns to improve the product. Your personal information is never sold or shared — see the privacy policy in the footer.

Picture the version of you who isn't held back by their health — more energy for the people you love, more of the life you actually want to live. Our program helps you build the daily habits that support healthy blood pressure, with a coach, a community, and an app in your corner.
We're opening a small founding group, and it's free during our founding pilot — no charge and no card required. We're committed to running this founding pilot for at least three months.
By introduction only · A small founding circle · Cancel anytime · Works alongside your doctor
High blood pressure is one of the most common health challenges in the world — and one of the most responsive to everyday lifestyle change. This program isn't about willpower or big dramatic overhauls. We start from what you're already doing well, then add new changes gradually — one small step at a time — with a bit of accountability and people in your corner who want you to win. You bring the willingness; we'll bring the structure.
A personal coaching check-in each month — around 15 focused minutes on you, your goals, and what's actually getting in the way. Someone who knows your name and your story.
A live one-hour group session every week — ten of them, Mondays 12:00–1:00 PM Pacific, starting 12 October 2026. Practical, motivating, and a chance to learn alongside others on the same journey. Can't make it live? You'll get the recording afterward.
Log your blood pressure every day, keep your streak alive, and learn something new as you go. Simple to use, built to keep you coming back.
Change sticks when you're not doing it alone. You'll be paired with a buddy and a small circle to encourage each other and keep each other going.
We start with what you're already doing well, then add new changes gradually — one small step at a time, so they actually stick. These are the eleven lifestyle changes that the 2025 American Heart Association / American College of Cardiology guideline lists for lowering blood pressure. Your doctor helps choose which are right for you, and your coach, buddy and circle help you make them part of everyday life:
Figures are the average drop in the top (systolic) number in mm Hg, from Table 12 of the 2025 guideline. They are averages across many people, measured in different ways — they are not meant to be compared with one another, and your own result will differ. Your doctor sets your plan; Sana supports these changes alongside the care and medications your own doctor provides — we don't replace them. (Quitting tobacco is one of the best things you can do for your heart — your doctor can help with that — but it sits outside this guideline's blood-pressure list, so it isn't one of the behaviors in the program.)
Our program's medical advisor is Dr. César Molina — a Yale- and Harvard-trained cardiologist with dual Stanford fellowships and the founder of the South Asian Heart Center. He has spent more than 20 years practicing lifestyle medicine, helping patients prevent and manage heart disease through everyday habits. Dr. Molina shaped this program's clinical approach and keeps it grounded in the 2025 American Heart Association / American College of Cardiology guideline.
Dr. Molina regularly joins the weekly group webinars to answer your questions directly — real answers from a cardiologist, as part of your membership.
Whenever you like, we can send a simple summary of your blood-pressure readings and progress to your own doctor, so your whole care team stays in the loop.
Sana is lifestyle coaching, guided by our medical advisor — it works alongside your own doctor's treatment and medications, never in place of them.
This founding pilot is about gathering honest data on how lifestyle change supports blood-pressure health — so we're looking for people who are genuinely ready to show up. To take part, you'll want to be able to say yes to all four:
This works best for people who are genuinely committed — staying consistent with any medication your doctor has prescribed and making lifestyle changes alongside it. The two go together; one doesn't replace the other.
You'll measure your blood pressure at home every day during the program. You'll need to already own a home blood-pressure cuff, or be willing to buy one before you start.
The app will guide you the moment it happens. If you also have any of the American Heart Association's warning signs — chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, numbness, weakness, change in vision, or difficulty speaking — call 911 right away. If you feel well, the app walks you through rechecking and, if it stays high, calling your doctor's office. Your care team is told the same day.
The Sana app runs on any Apple (iPhone) or Android phone. Don't have a smartphone? No problem — you can use Sana in a web browser on your computer instead.
A daily blood-pressure reading, regular app check-ins, and your weekly group session. It's only a few minutes a day — but doing it consistently is what makes the difference, and what lets us see your progress.
A note on expectations: Sana is lifestyle coaching, not medical care, and we can't promise any specific result — what happens depends on you and your body. What we can promise is the structure, the support, and the daily habits to give it your best shot, always alongside your own doctor's care.
Free for founding members for the duration of the pilot — no charge and no card required. We're committed to running this founding pilot for at least three months.
Ten weekly one-hour sessions, Monday 12 October through Monday 14 December 2026. Join live if you can — our medical advisor, cardiologist Dr. César Molina, regularly joins for live Q&A. And if the timing doesn't work, the recording lands in your inbox afterward so you never miss out.
Wherever you are, your calendar invite shows the session in your own time zone and adjusts automatically for daylight-saving changes.
First, what you get. You're here by introduction — one of a small founding circle, not a face in a crowd. You'll help shape the program with your honest feedback, and you'll have direct access to the people building it: our Chief Medical Officer, cardiologist Dr. César Molina, and our founder and CEO, Miriam Claes. In return, we ask four things:
Log your blood pressure, keep your streak going, and join your group and coaching sessions. The program only works if you actually live with it.
You're helping shape something new. Tell us what's working, what's confusing, and what you'd change — the honest feedback is the whole point of a founding pilot.
Sana is lifestyle coaching, not medical care. Keep taking any medications as prescribed and keep seeing your own doctor — we work alongside them, never instead of them.
We use anonymized patterns to improve the product. Your personal information is never sold — see the privacy policy in the footer.
Join the founding group — free during our founding pilot. We'd love to have you in.
This is Table 12 from the 2025 guideline — the lifestyle and stress-reduction steps shown to lower blood pressure, each with its goal and its measured effect, in the guideline's own words.
In August 2025 the American Heart Association, the American College of Cardiology and eleven partner organizations published an updated guideline for high blood pressure in adults. The table below is reproduced from that guideline.
| Intervention | Target / biomarker | Evidence-based goals | Mean SBP change (mm Hg)* With HTN |
Without HTN | Ref. |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weight loss | Body weight or BMI | Aim for sustained ≥5% reduction in body weight or ≥3 kg/m² reduction in BMI; expect about 1 mm Hg reduction for every 1-kg reduction in body weight | −6 to −8 | −3 to −5 | 2,6,14,52 |
| Heart-healthy diet | DASH eating pattern | Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products, with reduced content of saturated and total fat | −5 to −8 | −3 to −7 | 13–15,64,120 |
| Reduced intake of sodium | Dietary sodium intake; 24-h urinary sodium | Optimal goal is <2300 mg/d, but aim for an ideal limit of <1500 mg/d | −6 to −8 | −1 to −4 | 16–18,79,120,121 |
| Use of salt substitute | Replace cooking/table salt (100% sodium chloride) with salt substitute (25%–30% potassium chloride, 65%–75% sodium chloride, and 0%–10% flavoring agents); 24-h urinary sodium and potassium | Reduce dietary sodium intake as above | −5 to −7 | −5 | 20–22,93 |
| Enhanced intake of potassium | Dietary potassium intake; 24-h urinary potassium | Aim for 3500–5000 mg/d, ideally by consumption of a diet rich in potassium; or alternative use of moderate-dose pharmacological potassium supplementation (<80 mmol) | −6 | −3 to −6 | 25–27 |
| Reduced alcohol intake | Alcohol consumption | Optimal goal is abstinence for all adults for best health outcomes; in patients who consume alcohol, aim for >50% reduction in daily intake to no more than 2 drinks/d in men or 1 drink/d in women | −4 to −6 | −3 | 29 |
| Exercise | Aerobic exercise | 90–150 min/wk; 65%–75% heart rate reserve | −4 to −8 | −2 to −7 | 14,33,36,120,122 |
| Dynamic resistance | 90–150 min/wk; 50%–80% 1 rep maximum; 6 exercises, 3 sets/exercise, 10 repetitions/set | −2 to −7 | −2 to −5 | 33,36,106,107 | |
| Isometric resistance | 4 × 2 min (hand grip), 1 min rest between exercises, 30%–40% maximum voluntary contraction, 3 sessions/wk | −5 to −10 | −4 to −6 | 14,32,33,36,109,110 | |
| Meditation | Transcendental meditation | Training by a professional, followed by 2 × 20 min sessions/d while seated comfortably with eyes closed | −5 to −7 | −5 | 14,119 |
| Breathing control | Slowing respiration | Device-guided session to decrease respiration to <10 breaths/min for 15 min/d | −5 | −5 | 14 |
*Because inclusion/exclusion criteria and comparator groups vary across interventions, these values should not be compared directly to indicate comparative effectiveness. BMI indicates body mass index; DASH, Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension; HTN, hypertension; and SBP, systolic blood pressure. Reference numbers correspond to the source guideline's bibliography.

How Sana uses this. The Sana Heart Health Program helps you put the changes your doctor recommends into practice — one at a time, at a pace that suits you. Not every change is right for everyone; your doctor helps decide which ones are right for you.
It takes about two minutes to join, and your first week is just measuring. Keep the instruction sheet your doctor gave you — you'll need it.
You'll need an upper-arm blood-pressure cuff — own one, or buy one before you start. The program itself is free.
Fill in the short form below. Then install the Sana app, or use it in your phone's browser — whichever you prefer.
In the form below, type in the marks from your flyer — it takes a minute and your plan starts right away — or photograph the flyer instead and a coach reads it first. Keep the paper and bring it to your welcome call.
No payment, and you can start measuring the day you sign up — the app shows you how. We expect the program to run about three months, though the end date isn't fixed.

Privacy version 1.5 · Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy forms part of Sana Lifestyle's Terms of Service, available at sanalifestyle.com/terms.
We keep this simple, because that's how we do everything.
What we collect. Account data — your name, email, and password (stored hashed). Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. Health and lifestyle data — the daily behaviors you log in the app, your goals, and, if you share them, readings like blood pressure. Coaching data — notes from your coaching sessions, and messages you exchange with your coach. Technical data — basic logs (IP address, device type, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service. We collect nothing else, and we never buy data about you from anyone.
We ask for your explicit consent to process health data when you sign up. You can withdraw it anytime — the app can't work without it, so withdrawing means closing your account, but the choice is always yours.
We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising. Your health data is never shared with employers or insurers.
Text messages (SMS). If you tick the optional box agreeing to texts, we use your mobile number to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms — a daily reminder, sign-in codes, and occasional care-team notifications. We keep a record of your consent: the exact wording you were shown, whether you ticked it, and when. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except our SMS delivery provider and only so your messages can be sent. Reply STOP to any message to opt out — we honor it immediately — or HELP (or email info@sanalifestyle.com) for help. Opt-in records are kept for as long as required to demonstrate your consent.
Who touches your data. Only our small team (your coach sees only what they need to coach you) and these processors under data-processing agreements: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (secure cloud hosting, encrypted in transit and at rest) and — only if you opt in to texts — Telnyx (text-message delivery). Your treating physician receives your progress data under the authorization you sign at enrolment — it is part of how the programme works, and leaving the programme stops the sharing immediately. That's the full list; we'll update this page before adding anyone.
Your information under California law. We treat Sana as a "provider of health care" under California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA). Civil Code § 56.06(b) treats a business offering software designed to hold medical information so that an individual can manage their own information or a medical condition as a provider of health care for the purposes of that Act. That is a description of the Sana app, so we apply CMIA to everything we hold about you — and we do so whether or not it is strictly required of us.
What that means in practice:
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Sana does not currently meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the CCPA: we are well below the revenue threshold, we do not buy, sell or share the personal information of 100,000 or more consumers or households, and we derive no revenue from selling or sharing personal information. We extend the core rights to everyone regardless — to know what we hold about you and why, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to be treated no differently for asking.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not intend to — not for money, and not for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your information for advertising at all.
Sensitive personal information. Health information is "sensitive personal information" under California law. We use yours only to run your programme and to share your progress with your doctor under your authorization. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose it for any purpose other than those described in this policy.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@sanalifestyle.com. We aim to reply within 48 hours and to respond substantively within 45 days.
Retention. We keep your data while your account is active. Close your account and we delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal data within 90 days, except the minimum records we must keep for tax and accounting law.
Your rights. You can: access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time — email info@sanalifestyle.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security & children. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on infrastructure built for healthcare-grade compliance. Sana is for adults — we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

These Terms of Service incorporate the following documents, each of which forms part of these Terms:
These terms are for patients joining the free founding pilot through their doctor's practice. They are not the terms for Sana's paid programme.
This is free, and it stays free. You pay nothing to take part in this pilot, and you will never be billed for it — not now, not when the pilot ends, and not if Sana starts charging other people later. We ask for no card and no payment details. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no founding-member rate waiting at the end. If you want to continue with a paid Sana programme after the pilot, that will be a new and entirely separate decision that you make, and nothing here commits you to it.
What Sana is, and what it is not. Sana is a lifestyle coaching programme for building healthy daily habits. It combines a daily app with human coaching.
Sana is not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and our coaches are not doctors. Keep seeing your physician, keep taking your prescribed medication, and never change your treatment because of anything in this programme without talking to your doctor first. We cannot and do not promise any particular health result — blood pressure and other outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many things outside the programme.
Anything the app tells you about when to seek help comes from your own doctor, who has set those instructions in writing for you. Sana passes them on; Sana does not decide them.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Your part. You must be 18 or older. Keep your details accurate and your login to yourself. Use the programme for yourself. Please be respectful in group sessions — we may remove someone who makes a session unsafe or unpleasant for others.
Using the app and the materials. The app, the curriculum and the coaching materials belong to Sana Lifestyle Ltd. For as long as you are enrolled in the pilot you may use them for your own personal, non-commercial benefit. Please do not copy, resell or share them outside your household.
Your information. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and your consents are recorded separately when you join — including the authorization allowing us to share your progress with your doctor. You can leave the programme at any time from your settings, and leaving stops that sharing immediately.
We treat ourselves as a provider of health care under California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, which means we do not disclose your medical information without your written authorization except where the law permits, and you are entitled to a copy of every authorization you sign. The California section of our Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
Leaving, and how the pilot ends. You can leave whenever you like, for any reason, with no cost and nothing to cancel. The pilot itself runs for a defined period and will end; we will tell you before it does, and we will tell you what happens to your data and what your options are. Ending the pilot does not create a bill.
The honest fine print. This is a pilot. Features may change and occasionally things may break; we will fix them as quickly as we can, and the programme is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and including your rights under California law. [⚠ Counsel: we have deliberately not carried over the "liability capped at amounts you paid" clause from the commercial terms, because for this cohort that figure is zero. Please tell us what the right position is.]
Changes and contact. If we change these terms we will tell you before the change takes effect. Questions, or to ask for a copy of anything you agreed to: info@sanalifestyle.com — we aim to reply within 48 hours.

We want trying Sana to feel risk-free.
Before your program starts: cancel anytime for a full refund of anything you've paid — no questions asked.
After your program starts: cancel anytime to stop all future payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and no further charges are made.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you subscribe. If your program starts within those 14 days, we'll ask for your express agreement to begin early; if you then withdraw before the 14 days are up, we'll refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the period already delivered, as EU law provides.
If something went wrong on our side — we billed you in error, or the service materially failed — email us and we'll make it right with a refund or credit, your choice.
Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. To cancel or request a refund: info@sanalifestyle.com. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country (including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act).
These SMS Program Terms form part of Sana Lifestyle's Terms of Service, available at sanalifestyle.com/terms. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy at sanalifestyle.com/privacy.
When you opt in to text messages from Sana Lifestyle (the Sana Heart Health Program), we send three kinds of messages to the mobile number you provide: a daily reminder to take your blood-pressure reading in the Sana app; one-time verification codes when you sign up or sign in; and occasional notifications that a message from your care team is waiting in the app. Messages are sent using automated technology. We never include health details — readings, conditions, or medication names — in a text message.
Message frequency varies. Expect up to about 35 messages per month — one daily reminder plus occasional notifications and any verification codes you request.
Message and data rates may apply. Sana does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You can rejoin at any time by replying START, or by asking your Sana care team. You can also ask us to stop texting you by emailing info@sanalifestyle.com. An email opt-out takes effect when we receive it. Replying STOP stops the texts straight away, without waiting for us. Opting out of texts does not affect your enrolment or anything else in your program.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@sanalifestyle.com. We aim to reply to email within 48 hours.
Agreeing to text messages is optional and is not a condition of enrolment, of any purchase, or of receiving any part of the Sana program. We text only members who ticked the SMS consent box during enrolment, and we keep a record of that consent — the exact wording shown, whether it was ticked, and when. You can withdraw your consent at any time by any of the means in section 4.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe how we handle your information. In short, for texting: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and opt-in status are shared only with our SMS delivery provider, solely to send you the messages described here.
If these terms change materially, we will tell you by text or email before the change applies. Questions any time: info@sanalifestyle.com.
$12/month. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
